Apollo Resources International, Inc., in November 2005, acquired Applied LNG Technologies USA, LLC (the portfolio of customers who are buying LNG), and, Texas HLDM, Inc., which owns Arizona LNG, LLC (the plant that produces LNG). The two LNG-related business units, Applied LNG Technologies USA, LLC (aka ALT) and the gas plant at Topock, Arizona (Arizona LNG, LLC) are today managed as one business by Apollo LNG, Inc. This was done in early 2006, by the parent company, Apollo Resources International, Inc. In November 2006, Apollo Resources International, Inc., traded to Earth Biofuels, Inc., its entire holdings in Apollo LNG, Inc., for shares in Earth Biofuels, Inc. While the corporate parent of Apollo LNG has changed from Apollo Resources International, Inc., to Earth Biofuels, Inc., it is worthy to note that Apollo Resources International, Inc., holds a majority stake in Earth Biofuels, Inc.
